Product search

Product catalogs need both meaning and exact filters. Store the embedding in values, searchable copy in sparse_text, and inventory fields in metadata.

Query with hybrid and filter in_stock plus a price ceiling. The response returns the product ID and metadata needed to render results without another lookup.
